Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We also reserve the right to no longer accept returning clients if we deem it necessary, based on behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to comply with salon policies. Repair Policy: At Nail Harmony, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your nails after your appointment—such as chipping, lifting, broken nails, or fallen-off charms/embellishments—please notify us within 3 days of your service. We will gladly offer a complimentary fix for reasonable concerns reported within this window. Issues reported after 3 days, or services that have been altered or redone elsewhere, will not be eligible for complimentary repairs or refunds.
